FontAgent® lets you configure which sets it activates for you at startup. To fine-tune font startup activation, you can use Startup Sets and FontAgent Preferences.
Managing Startup Sets
To activate all the fonts in a set when you start your Mac, make the set a startup set. To do so:
- Click the set name, then click the Set tab in the right sidebar.
- Check the Startup Set checkbox.
Activation Notes
- You can create as many startup sets as you need.
- To convert a startup set back into a regular set, uncheck the Startup Set check box.
- FontAgent for Mac activates startup sets even if you don’t launch the main FontAgent application.
Reactivating Fonts at Startup
You can use the FontAgent Preferences panel to control how FontAgent activates fonts at startup by following these steps.
- Select Preferences from the FontAgent menu to display the Preferences panel.
- Click the Activator tab.
- Use the checkboxes at the bottom of the panel to fine-tune startup activation.

Include manually activated fonts
